To apply for a unit we require a $20 NON-refundable application and credit check for each person over 18 years old who will be living in the unit OR co-signing. Applying and paying the application fee does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications are generally processed within 72 hours.

Upon acceptance of a unit, tenant will be given 24 hours to deposit certified funds with our office to hold the unit.

Please be advised that no verification has been made about numbers of bedrooms with County Records on our listings.
